They're Back...

Tue May 19, 2009, 1:38 PM
Heheh...

So I was cruising the IMDB, as I do on a daily basis, and I was disgusted to find that there was a new poster for 'New Moon' up. Needless to say, I got an evil look on my face (you know, like the one Jim Carrey gets in, 'Bruce Almighty' right before he sabotages Steve Carrell on live television?) and simply couldn't leave well enough alone. Long story short...go to my webcam for major LOLZ.

And have a nice day.

Help?

Mon May 4, 2009, 4:09 PM
Hi boys and girls, lovely day, ain't it?

So here's the deal. As you've probably figured out by now, being on ADD pills and stuck in my house all day and night has been screwing with my head. Among other things...I'm very stuck when it comes to drawing. So I need to give my creative process a work-out.

And what do I ask of you? Simple. Send me an OC. Do you have an original character that you wouldn't mind someone else drawing for a change? I would love to draw that character. Leave links, descriptions, what have you in the comment box and do a stuck girl a favor.

Hugs & Kisses,
Sydney

P.S.
Random confession; I actually watched, 'Die Hard' for the first time last night and it's a thousand times cooler than I thought it would be.

My Life's Soundtrack

Opening Credits:
'Hope Your Dreams Come True' - Daisy Chainsaw
(Hey, we're off to an optimistic start, right? Well, given that my dreams weren't about things like the Joker trying to murder me)

Waking Up:
'The Wizard and I' - Wicked
(So, you know, incase you ever feel disgusted by waking up next to some fat, ugly chick with yellow toenails...just think about what I get stuck with and be grateful you got something with boobs)

First Day At School:
'Spear & Magic Helmet' - Evil Stig
(Don't leave home without 'em)

Falling In Love:
'I Don't Really Like You' - Skye Sweetnam
(Something tells me this isn't going to work out)

During a sex scene, you scream:
'Lies, Lies, Lies' - Ministry
(If we can't even trust the government to pull out, what are the odds you will??)

Fight Song:
'The Night Loop' - The Birthday Massacre
(Actually, this isn't from the fight scene; this is the aftermath, during my concussion)

Breaking Up:
'God is a DJ' - P!nk
(So why aren't YOU one?)

Prom:
';Psycho Ball and Chain' - The Creepshow
(I'm just the bestest date you ever had; RIGHT?!?)

At your speech after you become prom queen/king you say:
'The One That Got Away' - P!nk
(Like I'm sticking around for the student body address; I'm goin' to In & Out!)

Life's OK:
'Forgiven' - Wicked Wisdom
(That lady was very nice about me slaughtering her poodle and using it for a Satanic ritual)

Mental Breakdown:
'Fundamentally Loathsome' - Marilyn Manson
(DAMN I Suck)

Driving:
'Split Personality' - Skye Sweetnam
(Ooh! Does this mean I get to use the carpool lane??)

Flashback:
'A Year of Judges' - Stolen Babies
(It was not a good year for me)

Getting Back Together:
'Razor Love' - Deadsy
(Let's put a SMILE on that face!)

Wedding:
'You Can't Do That' - Amanda Overmyer
(Says who? If we're on the tip of allowing gay marriage, than who says I can't marry a cardboard cut-out of Edward Scissorhands? *Strokes it* ONLY HE UNDERSTANDS ME...)

Birth of Child:
'The Black Widow' - Alice Cooper
(Wait...you mean my partner's gonna die? What the fuck?? I don't want to raise a kid on my own! YOU can have it, I'M going to Hawaii!)

Paying the Dues:
'Let Go' - BarlowGirl
(Everything must go!)

Your deepest secret:
'Kiddie Grinder' - Marilyn Manson
(Come into my house, children...heheheh)

Night Before War:
'I'm Not Wearing Underwear Today' - Avenue Q
(Fuck, I'm going to shit myself anyway, why ruin a good pair of panties?)

Final Battle:
'All Around Me' - Flyleaf
(I can't help but feel I'm at a disadvantage here)

Moment of Triumph:
'Frankenlady' - Zombina & the Skeletones
(It's alive! IT'S ALIVE!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!)

Death Scene:
'Scarecrow' - Ministry
(Hm. Crucified, stuffed with straw, wrapped in twine, and LEFT IN ISOLAAAAATTIOOOONNN. I suppose there are worse ways to go. Hey, maybe if I'm lucky, I'll get to hear Idina Menzel screaming out, 'FIYYYEERROOOO!!' and I can yell, 'It's Sydney, bitch!';)

Funeral Song:
'A Place in the Dirt' - Marilyn Manson
(Nuff said)

End Credits:
'Dark Wings' - Within Temptation

YAAAY, STUPID STUFF!

Tue Feb 17, 2009, 6:19 PM
AND NOW, BACK TO DUMB SHIT. GOD BLESS IT.

1. Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18 and find line 4:
"... blood, spatter spatter spatter bursting spatter spatter..." (Don't I just have the most wonderful collection of literature in my room?)

2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you reach?
My bed.

3. What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Repo! The Genetic Opera

4. Without looking, guess what time it is:
5:45

5. Now look at the clock. What is the actual time?
6:00

6. With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
Marilyn Manson screaming a song about an angel with scabbed wings who's hobbies seem to include salvation, taking ones belongings, and rape.

7. When did you last step outside? What were you doing?
About two hours ago, to go to therapy. It's really the only reason I leave the house anymore.

8. Before you started this survey, what did you look at?
The screen?

9. What are you wearing?
Black jeans, black boots, my Jack Skellington hoodie, and my Johnny the Homicidal Maniac t-shirt

10. Did you dream last night?
Uh-huh; I dreamt that I was in the hospital for, among other things, a broken leg, and by pure coincidence, my friend Noah and I were roommates (he was apparently having some kind of psychotic episode), and then it started snowing, so in spite of my broken leg, I put on a ton of mis-matched clothes and went to frollic in the ice.

11. When did you last laugh?
Yesterday, when I imagined what it would be like to duct tape my cat to the ceiling fan.

12. What are on the walls of the room you are in?
A bunch of posters (most of them somehow related to Johnny Depp), postcards, drawings, people's business cards, and a row of thumbtacks to hold the necklaces I never wear.

13. Seen anything weird lately?
Well, like most people, I also look in the mirror on a daily basis.

14. What do you think of this quiz?
It's a great way to pretend I'm doing something productive.

15. What is the last film you saw?
Once again, Repo! The Genetic Opera. God, it was so bad it was almost good (although I absolutely had a conniption when Joan Jett made a cameo).

16. If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy?
A nice little house in Portland; then I'd become a miser so I never have to work.

17. Tell me something about you that I don't know about.
I do a great impression of Krusty the Clown.

18. If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?
Make my dad stop acting like such a freak every time some minor inconvenience occurs.

19. Do you like to dance?
I confess; every time I hear a Mitch Ryder song, I can't stop myself, and I look REALLY stupid.

20. George Bush:
Deserves to be run over with a speeding locomotive.

21. Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?
Renesmee. No, I'm serious.

22. Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?
Paradox

23. Would you ever consider living abroad?
Now really. Hasn't Bush tormented the foreigners enough?

24. What do you want God to say to you when you reach the Pearly Gates?
"Of COURSE I made Johnny Depp an actor so you'd grow up happy. Why do YOU think Edward Scissorhands was released the same year you were born?"

  • Mood: Euphoric
  • Listening to: Zydrate Anatomy - Repo! The Genetic Opera
  • Reading: Lord Tophet by Gregory Frost

A GUIDE TO SARCASTICALLY CELEBRATING

So I don't know if you've heard, but apparently Barack Obama was sworn into office this morning. It was a small ordeal, very brief, very simple, and only aired on a few local networks.

*Snort*

Okay, sorry, I'm trying to keep a straight face while writing that and I'm just imagining all the people who actually think I'm serious and are preparing long letters to cuss out my ignorance. REVENGE! AHAHAHA!

Now, anywho, it's true, he's in. Our man is in, and contrary to what my emo brother (aka Captain Nasal-Drip) has been suggesting all year, he was NOT gunned down or stabbed or pushed down a long flight of stairs. Personally, I believe that if it did happen, it wouldn't have been a tenth as dramatic as that speech he gave. And speaking of which, don't you think it's hilarious that he fumbled up getting sworn in, but he didn't miss a beat or have to look down at notes for the speech?

Controversial comments aside, this is a time of celebration. My family and our friends are hours away from having a huge chilli party. But if you're lacking chilli or friends, I have a few suggestions on how to properly celebrate;

1. Do your fellow citizens a social service by locking yourself in a closet so they can't hear you jump up and down screaming
2. Find a picture of Bush and throw your shoes at it
3. Drinking Game! Watch the entire inauguration and take a drink for every time anyone refers to Obama breaking boundaries by being black (bonus drink for every time he gets that God-if-I-never-have-to-hear-this-'black president'-shit-again' look on his face)
4. Watch 'Blazing Saddles' and shout 'Barack' every time they say Sheriff Bart's name(And with that in mind...am I the only one who thinks it would have been awesome if he began his speech with, ''Scuse me while I whip this out'?)
5. Make an inventory of all the black and white things in your house (if my parents are reading this, yes, I do count)
6. Listen to the song 'Come So Far' from 'Hairspray' with the volume way up; feel free to sing along as off-key and mavericky as you please
7. LUAU!!!

And with that being said, I conclude with a dilemma. Which sounds better?

1. President Barack Obama
2. Ex-President George W. Bush
